How much is the deposit to book?

Our deposits vary per item, but most deposits are $150.00. Once your deposit is paid your date will be secured!

How many drinks do you typically serve with the Icy Oasis cart rental?

The Icy Oasis makes about 120 9oz cups between both tanks! Our basic package is priced and made for parties of 50 or more. If you are having a wedding or larger event please contact us for a custom quote.

Is alcohol included in the Icy Oasis Frozen Drink Cart Rental?

Due to the ATC Louisiana laws, we are not allowed to provide you with your alcohol. This is a dry rental. We do provide you with a detailed shopping list and can set up pick up concierge for you if you’d like. All syrups and mixes besides alcohol are included in our pricing.

Can I use my own backdrop for my photo booth rental?

Absolutely! If you want a custom backdrop for your wedding or event, you are more than welcome to use your own. Please note this will not affect the price of the rental. When choosing your backdrop please also keep in mind the frame of the photo is about from the waist up, so large/busy backdrops are not recommended.

Can you customize Photo Booth rental packages?

Yes! The packages we have our base packages and you can add items from there! Please note, we do not remove items/ attendants from any of our packages to reduce pricing.

When does my time start?

Time for the rental begins when the event/ or reception begins. We do not allow starting rental times an hour/two etc after the event begins. Also, our set up and take down time is not included in your rental time, if you get a 3 hour package, it’s 3 hours of use!

Do you offer payment plans?

We actually allow you to pay as you like! Once your deposit is paid your date is secured and then your balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Other than that you can pay weekly, bi-weekly or monthly! It’s totally up to you!
